It rests on a separate curved stem and is finished with small rounded metal details above and below.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDepending on the lighting, background and viewing angle, the glass may appear emerald green, vivid grass green, jade, turquoise green or a deeper forest shade.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAnother slender stem curves through the center of the composition and ends in a smooth teardrop-shaped metal detail. This dark organic form balances the luminous glass bead.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe mushroom stems and botanical lines spread outward from a textured lower section formed from tiny individual metal spheres. The irregular surface resembles a miniature patch of forest soil.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe open spaces between the stems keep the brooch visually airy despite its detailed sculptural construction. Its narrow fan-shaped silhouette can be worn vertically on a jacket, coat, scarf, hat or another fabric suitable for a brooch pin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA long integrated pin runs along the back of the composition and secures into a small catch near the textured base.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe deep black finish emphasizes the smooth mushroom caps, fine curved stems and luminous green glass. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe design begins with impressions of tall forest mushrooms, slender stems and a small fragment of green light found among woodland plants.
