It is surrounded by a textured setting of tiny metal spheres and pointed organic details resembling new growth emerging from the forest floor.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDepending on the lighting, background and viewing angle, the glass may appear crystal clear, milky white, softly smoky or touched with pale reflections from its surroundings.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAn elongated metal bud rises on a separate curved stem. Another flowing line forms an open loop and ends in a small rounded droplet, adding movement and balance to the composition.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe thin oval frame follows the direction of the stems and gives each earring a light, elongated silhouette. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe design begins with impressions of slender mushrooms, curled forest shoots and drops of light found among moss and fallen leaves.
