These Terms of Service govern purchases from Yadovito through this Shopify store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Yadovito is an independent handmade jewelry studio based in Poland.

Products and handmade variations
Our jewelry is handmade.
Small variations in shape, soldering, patina, texture, stone or glass color, inclusions, transparency, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and natural materials.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item accurately, but screen settings and material variations can affect perceived color.
Personalization
Some products offer optional personalization or custom modifications.
Available options are described on the product page. Requests are subject to material availability and technical feasibility.
If a requested customization cannot be completed as requested, we will contact you before proceeding.
Prices and payment
Store prices are currently displayed in USD.
The total amount shown at checkout is the amount charged by the store, subject to any taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, or payment-provider fees that may apply according to your location and payment method.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or inventory information contains a clear error, a customization cannot be completed, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Shipping
Current shipping terms, destinations and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping is currently free for destinations available at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or similar charges unless collected at checkout.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns, withdrawal rights, personalized-item exceptions and remedies for defective goods are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Yadovito product designs, photographs, artwork, text, branding and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Store content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Prohibited use
You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with store security or operation, or submit false information in connection with an order.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yadovito is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where such protections apply.

The version published at the time of your order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
