A handcrafted single mushroom earring made from copper, pewter, aventurine and steel. The elongated sculptural composition combines delicate mushroom forms on long curved stems with a round dark aventurine accent and small organic metal details.
This listing is for one single earring — not a pair. It can be worn alone as a distinctive asymmetrical statement piece or combined with another earring to create a personal mismatched set.
The earring is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each element is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of slender mushrooms growing among moss, leaves and delicate forest stems. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.
Aventurine may vary slightly in color, pattern, translucency and natural internal details. Depending on the lighting, the stone may appear deep blue, almost black or subtly reflective.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in mushroom shapes, stem curves, stone appearance and finish are natural and make each earring individual.
