Black Amanita Mushroom Necklace – Copper & Pewter

A handcrafted amanita mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter and stainless steel. The minimalist sculptural design features a single dotted mushroom enclosed within a slender circular frame.

The mushroom cap is decorated with small raised dots, while its long, delicate stem extends below the circle and finishes with a softly rounded droplet-shaped detail.

The simple geometric frame contrasts with the organic mushroom form, creating a balanced composition that feels both botanical and slightly surreal. Its elongated silhouette remains visually light and makes the pendant suitable for everyday wear.

The deep black finish emphasizes the dotted cap, fine stem and handmade connections. The open circular structure allows the pendant to stand out without appearing heavy.

The version shown in the photographs has a dotted mushroom cap. A smooth cap without dots, another pendant size or a silver-tone finish may be requested through personalization.

The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of solitary mushrooms, delicate stems and simple forms found among moss and fallen leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is covered with black patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.

Because every mushroom cap, stem and circular frame is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the dots, curves, proportions, texture and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.

Packaging

Your order will be packed with care in a kraft gift box, decorated with themed stickers and dried flowers, ready for gifting or keeping as a personal piece.
