A handcrafted mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, stainless steel and vivid blue ceramic. The elongated openwork composition features two sculptural mushrooms, two glossy ceramic beads and delicate intersecting botanical lines.

Two mushrooms rise on slender curved stems at opposite sides of the pendant. The smaller mushroom has a smooth conical cap without dots, while the larger cap is decorated with several individually formed raised dots.

A small teardrop-shaped metal detail appears beneath the dotted mushroom cap, adding another organic form to the tall flowing composition.

Two rounded ceramic beads introduce rich cobalt-blue color. One sits higher on the left side, while the second appears lower on the right, creating an intentionally asymmetrical rhythm.

Small rounded metal details appear beside the ceramic elements and visually connect their smooth surfaces with the textured handmade metalwork.

Depending on the lighting and viewing angle, the ceramic may appear cobalt blue, ultramarine, deep navy, blue violet or almost black.

Several long stems cross through the pendant, creating an airy structure inspired by delicate plants and fungi growing closely together.

A tall central line leads into the integrated pendant loop at the top. This allows the necklace to hang naturally while preserving the continuous vertical silhouette.

At the base, the fine stems gather around a textured cluster of tiny metal spheres. Two narrow lines cross beneath this section and end in smooth rounded droplets.

The deep black finish emphasizes the contrasting mushroom caps, fine stems and luminous blue ceramic. Depending on the light, the metal may appear matte black, dark graphite or softly metallic.

Despite its expressive length, the open construction keeps the pendant visually delicate. It can be worn as woodland jewelry, a mushroom talisman or a small piece of sculptural botanical art.

The version shown in the photographs has one smooth mushroom cap, one dotted mushroom cap, two cobalt-blue ceramic beads and a black finish. Other available ceramic colors, different mushroom-dot combinations, a custom pendant size or a silver-tone finish may be requested through personalization.

The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of slender forest mushrooms, seed-like forms and fragments of intense blue color found within the natural world. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The photographs clarify that the design contains two mushrooms and two blue ceramic beads.

The metal is covered with black patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.

The ceramic elements may vary subtly in shape, glaze, surface texture and shade. These differences are natural characteristics of handmade components.

Because every mushroom cap, raised dot, curved stem and ceramic setting is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the curves, spacing, proportions and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.
