Available on request: another available glass color, a custom earring size or a black finish.

A pair of handcrafted botanical earrings made from copper, pewter, stainless steel and pale blue glass. Each openwork composition resembles a delicate branch opening into a fan of curved stems.

Four slender branches end in rounded translucent glass elements, while the central branch is finished with a small sculptural metal bud. The different lengths create a soft cascading rhythm and allow the glass details to move gently when worn.

The pale blue glass has a luminous, opalescent appearance. Depending on the light, background and viewing angle, it may appear misty blue, milky white, soft aqua or touched with warm golden reflections.

Tiny metal spheres gather around the upper junction of each earring, creating a textured organic detail from which the curved branches appear to grow.

The polished silver-tone finish emphasizes the fine lines and airy structure of the design. These earrings are silver in color but are not made from sterling silver.

The two earrings form a coordinated, oppositely directed pair. Their compositions are related but not mechanically identical, preserving the natural character of the handmade work.

Despite their expressive width, the open construction keeps the earrings visually light. They can be worn as subtle woodland jewelry, sculptural botanical earrings or small pieces of nature-inspired wearable art.

The version shown in the photographs has pale blue glass and a silver-tone finish. Another available glass color, a custom earring size or a black finish may be requested through personalization.

These earrings are designed as small wearable botanical objects, somewhere between jewelry, natural memories and personal symbols. Each metal component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of fine branches, seed pods and drops of colored light found within the natural world. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.

The glass elements are individually made, so subtle differences in their shape, translucency, internal texture and shade are natural characteristics of the handmade process. Because every branch, metal bud and glass setting is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the curves, spacing, proportions and finish are natural and make each pair individual.

About Yadovito

Every form begins with a feeling.

Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
