A handcrafted mushroom heart pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, blue glass and stainless steel. The open heart-shaped composition combines two mushrooms on long curved stems with a central spiral and a luminous round blue glass element surrounded by tiny organic metal details.
The flowing lines create a delicate heart silhouette without making the design overly symmetrical. The deep blue glass forms a vivid focal point within the silver-tone composition and changes subtly with the surrounding light.
The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each element is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of delicate mushrooms, curling stems and small forms growing together among moss and fallen leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.
The blue glass catches and reflects the surrounding light and may appear bright cobalt, deep blue or slightly violet depending on the lighting, background and viewing angle.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in mushroom shapes, stem curves, glass appearance and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.
