A handcrafted mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, blue stained glass and steel. The open circular composition combines two mushroom forms on long curved stems with a central spiral, a luminous round glass element and a smaller faceted blue glass accent.
One mushroom cap is decorated with tiny raised dots, adding a subtle amanita-inspired detail. The flowing stems and open frame create a sense of movement, while the deep blue glass forms a vivid focal point within the silver-tone composition.
The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each element is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of delicate mushrooms, curling stems and small forms growing together among moss and fallen leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.
The blue stained glass is melted in a kiln, creating subtle variations in shape, texture and color. It may appear bright blue, deep cobalt or slightly violet depending on the lighting and background.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in mushroom shapes, stem curves, glass appearance and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.
