Clear Glass Mushroom Necklace – Silver Tone

A handcrafted mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, clear glass and stainless steel. The airy openwork composition features three sculptural mushrooms rising on long, gently curved stems above a luminous oval glass element.

The central mushroom has a broad cap decorated with raised dots, while the two smaller mushrooms have smooth, individually shaped caps. Their different heights and forms create an asymmetrical miniature fungi garden.

A large oval clear glass element rests at the base of the pendant within a textured setting of tiny metal spheres and pointed organic details. A small faceted clear glass bead adds another delicate point of light among the flowing stems.

Curled botanical lines grow around the glass and connect the different elements of the composition. The open spaces between the stems keep the pendant visually light while emphasizing its unusual sculptural silhouette.

The silver-tone metal has subtly darkened details that highlight the handmade curves, dotted cap and textured glass setting. Depending on the surrounding light, the transparent glass may appear crystal clear, softly smoky or slightly reflective.

The version shown combines one dotted mushroom cap with two smooth caps. Different mushroom details, another available glass color, a custom pendant size or a black finish may be requested through personalization.

The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of mushroom clusters, curling stems and drops of clear light found among moss and fallen leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.

The glass is melted in a special kiln and shaped individually. Depending on the lighting, background and viewing angle, it may appear transparent, softly smoky or subtly reflective.

Because every mushroom cap, stem and glass setting is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the curves, dots, glass forms, proportions and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.

Packaging

Your order will be packed with care in a kraft gift box, decorated with themed stickers and dried flowers, ready for gifting or keeping as a personal piece.
