Green Glass Mushroom Necklace – Blackened Copper Round Forest Pendant – Botanical

A handcrafted mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, stainless steel and luminous green glass. The circular openwork composition features three sculptural mushrooms growing above three rounded glass elements.

Three mushrooms rise at different heights on slender, individually curved stems. Each has a smooth conical cap without raised dots, creating a delicate group of dark forest silhouettes.

Three round glass elements form the colorful base of the pendant. A larger pale green element sits in the center, framed by two smaller vivid emerald-green elements.

The central glass has a softly irregular handmade surface with visible bubbles and internal texture. The two darker side elements appear clearer and more intensely colored when illuminated.

Depending on the lighting, background and viewing angle, the glass may appear emerald, grass green, mint, pale aqua, moss green or a deeper forest shade.

The glass elements rest within a richly textured setting of tiny metal spheres and pointed organic forms resembling shoots emerging from the forest floor.

Two slender stems on the left end in elongated seed-like buds. Several additional stems finish in smooth rounded droplets, creating a varied botanical rhythm inside the circular frame.

A central line curls inward to form an open spiral with a rounded ending. This flowing detail introduces movement between the mushrooms and the textured glass setting.

The thin round frame surrounds the miniature forest scene and leads into an integrated pendant loop at the top. The necklace hangs vertically from this single central attachment point.

The deep black finish emphasizes the smooth mushroom caps, fine curved stems and luminous green glass. Depending on the light, the metal may appear matte black, dark graphite or softly metallic.

Despite its expressive circular shape, the open spaces between the stems keep the pendant visually airy. It can be worn as woodland jewelry, a mushroom talisman or a small piece of sculptural botanical art.

The version shown in the photographs has three smooth mushroom caps without dots, three green glass elements and a black finish. Raised mushroom dots, other available glass colors, a custom pendant size or a silver-tone finish may be requested through personalization.

The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of slender mushrooms, seed pods, curling shoots and fragments of green light found among moss and woodland plants. I do not reproduce nature literally. I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is covered with black patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.

The glass is individually shaped. Subtle differences in its outline, internal texture, bubbles, transparency and shade are natural characteristics of the handmade process.

Because every mushroom cap, curved stem, circular frame and glass setting is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the curves, spacing, glass forms and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.

Packaging

Your order will be packed with care in a kraft gift box, decorated with themed stickers and dried flowers, ready for gifting or keeping as a personal piece.
