Green Glass Mushroom Necklace – Silver Tone Botanical Pendant – Forest

A handcrafted mushroom necklace made from copper, pewter, steel and vivid green glass. The airy openwork composition features three sculptural mushrooms rising above a luminous round glass element.

The mushrooms are arranged at different heights. The central mushroom has a broad cap decorated with individually formed raised dots, while the two side mushrooms have smooth, softly pointed caps.

The large green glass element forms the visual center of the necklace. It is surrounded by a richly textured setting of tiny metal spheres and pointed organic details that resemble new shoots emerging from the forest floor.

An elongated bud-like form rises between the mushrooms. Several curved stems cross the surface of the glass or extend outward, ending in small rounded droplets.

Two handmade side rings connect the composition directly to the chain, allowing the necklace to rest naturally along the neckline. The open spaces between the stems preserve its light, delicate structure.

Depending on the lighting, background and viewing angle, the glass may appear vivid lime green, emerald, yellow-green or a deeper forest shade.

The polished silver-tone finish reflects the light and emphasizes the flowing handmade lines, textured setting and individual mushroom silhouettes. The necklace is silver in color but is not made from sterling silver.

The version shown in the photographs combines one dotted mushroom cap with two smooth caps, green glass and a silver-tone finish. Different mushroom details, another available glass color, a custom pendant size or a black finish may be requested through personalization.

The necklace is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each component is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of mushroom clusters, curling forest plants and fragments of green light found among moss and leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finishing solution to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.

The glass element is individually shaped, so subtle differences in its contours, internal texture, bubbles, transparency and shade are natural characteristics of the handmade process.

Because every mushroom cap, raised dot, curved stem and glass setting is shaped and assembled by hand, small differences in the curves, spacing, proportions and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.

Packaging

Your order will be packed with care in a kraft gift box, decorated with themed stickers and dried flowers, ready for gifting or keeping as a personal piece.
