A pair of handcrafted drop earrings made from copper, pewter, green stained glass and steel. The smooth domed glass elements are held within compact blackened sculptural frames finished with small rounded details.
Light, expressive and comfortable to wear, the earrings bring a small luminous glass composition into everyday styling. Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of simple geometry, forest colors and the movement of light through green glass. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is darkened with patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.
The green stained glass catches and reflects the surrounding light and may appear lighter, darker or more yellow-green depending on the lighting and background.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in glass shape, color, texture and finish are natural and make each pair individual.

About Yadovito
Every form begins with a feeling.
Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
