A pair of handcrafted teardrop earrings made from clear glass and stainless steel. Each transparent drop contains a rounded hollow detail near the base, creating a distinctive loop-like form within the smooth glass silhouette.
Light and comfortable to wear, the earrings bring a small glass sculpture into everyday styling. Each glass element is shaped individually by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of water drops, captured air and the movement of light through transparent glass. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The transparent glass catches and reflects the surrounding light, allowing the rounded inner detail to appear different depending on the background and viewing angle.
Because every glass element is shaped by hand, small differences in form, inner loop placement and size are natural and make each pair individual.
