A handcrafted circle pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, purple glass and stainless steel. The smooth domed glass is held within a dark sculptural frame finished with small rounded details, creating a compact design with a rich contrast between purple glass and blackened metal.
The pendant is designed as a small wearable object, somewhere between jewelry, a visual memory and a personal symbol. Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of circles, balance and the way light moves across smooth glass surfaces. I do not reproduce a specific object literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is darkened with patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.
The purple glass catches and reflects the surrounding light and may appear lighter, darker or slightly different in tone depending on the lighting and background.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in shape, glass appearance, texture and finish are natural and make each item individual.
