A handcrafted amanita mushroom pendant necklace made from copper, pewter and stainless steel. The minimalist sculptural design combines a dotted mushroom cap with an exceptionally long, gently curved stem ending in a small rounded detail.
The slender silhouette gives the pendant a delicate and slightly surreal character. Its flowing S-shaped curve reflects the organic irregularity of mushrooms growing toward the light.
The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each element is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of solitary mushrooms, delicate stems and unusual forms found among moss and fallen leaves. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.
Because every mushroom cap and stem is shaped by hand, small differences in curves, dotted details, texture and finish are natural and make each necklace individual.
