Silver Tone Mushroom Hoop Earrings

A pair of handcrafted mushroom hoop earrings made from copper, pewter and stainless steel. Each large circular frame contains a flowing composition of mushrooms growing upward on long curved stems, surrounded by delicate spirals and small organic metal details.
The open structure gives the earrings a light and airy appearance despite their statement size. The two compositions are individually shaped by hand, creating a coordinated pair with subtle natural differences.
These earrings are designed as small wearable botanical sculptures, somewhere between jewelry, natural memories and personal symbols. Each element is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of slender mushrooms emerging from moss and reaching toward the light. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

Because every mushroom cap, stem and circular frame is shaped by hand, small differences in curves, placement, texture and finish are natural and make each pair individual.

About Yadovito
Every form begins with a feeling.
Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
