A handcrafted poppy seed pod pendant necklace made from copper, pewter and steel. The sculptural composition combines two rounded seed pod forms with long slender stems and a cluster of small organic details near the base.

The pendant is designed as a small wearable botanical object, somewhere between jewelry, a natural memory and a personal symbol. Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.

The design begins with impressions of poppy seed pods, delicate stems and dry botanical forms moving in the wind. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.

I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

About Yadovito

Every form begins with a feeling.

Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
