White Pearl Mushroom Sculpture on Baltic Sea Stone – Blackened Copper

A handcrafted mushroom sculpture made from copper, pewter, white pearls, steel and a naturally sea-worn stone found on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The composition combines a dark Baltic Sea stone with slender blackened mushroom forms and softly luminous pearl accents. The object is intended as a small sculptural presence for a shelf, table, cabinet or personal art collection.
Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of small forest mushrooms, delicate stems, stones and quiet forms found on the forest floor and seashore. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

Pearls may vary slightly in shape, tone and surface, making every sculpture individual.

About Yadovito
Every form begins with a feeling.
Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature-inspired objects, jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
