A handcrafted mushroom single earring made from copper, a white pearl and stainless steel. Designed as a small individual accent, it can be worn alone or combined with other earrings.
The elongated design combines a sculptural mushroom form, a slender stem and a softly luminous white pearl drop. Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of small forest mushrooms, delicate stems, bark and quiet forms found on the forest floor. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its silver-tone appearance.
The pearl may vary slightly in shape, tone and surface, making every earring individual.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in shape, texture and finish are natural and make each item individual.

About Yadovito
Every form begins with a feeling.
Yadovito is an independent artist studio creating handcrafted nature jewelry and wearable art shaped by personal observations of the natural world. I do not try to reproduce nature exactly. I give form to a feeling — and invite others to find their own story in it.
