A handcrafted jellyfish pendant necklace made from copper, pewter, yellow glass and steel. The pendant combines luminous transparent glass with flowing blackened metal lines, creating a small wearable form inspired by drifting sea creatures and the movement of water.
Each piece is shaped and finished by hand in my family workshop on the Baltic coast of Poland.
The design begins with impressions of jellyfish, underwater movement and organic marine forms. I do not reproduce nature literally; I allow these observations to guide the material until a new form appears. The result remains open to imagination and personal interpretation.
I do not usually begin with a finished sketch. The work grows intuitively during the making process — through the dialogue between hands, materials and feeling.

The metal is darkened with patina, carefully sanded and polished, then treated with an antioxidant finish to help protect the surface and preserve its deep tone.
The transparent yellow glass catches and reflects the light, giving the pendant subtle depth and movement.
Because every Yadovito piece is made by hand, small differences in shape, texture and finish are natural and make each item individual.
